Mr. Dhirendra Madan is Chairman and Managing Director of Mahima Group, which is a mother company of twelve different companies involved in construction, development, and maintenance of the projects of Mahima Group.

Dhirendra Madan, Born in Rajasthan in 1958, a tremendous entrepreneur, and an entity in its own. Name, which symbolizes passion and development, Mr. Dhirendra Madan, started his journey of entrepreneurship from automobile industry and have shown a new height to the company by emerging as one of the Best and Quality name in real estate business.

Moreover, at that time the renowned developers had strong hold over the real estate market. However, Mr. Madan broke this ice and initiated to develop small housing complexes for different income groups under the aegis of Mahima Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.

Where mind is without Fear

With a paltry sum of Rs. 5000 in his pocket, he put foundation of entertainment business in 1980. Excellence and dedication were his driving force; he worked hard with integrity and commitment by earning goodwill for him in the bargain.

People from diverse status flocked to him and there was no end to the demand and the footfalls. If he has ever been convinced about anything at all, it was that he was cut out for something better, bigger, and much greater things, he needed to reboot his life, he joined Hero group as an authorized dealer of HeroPuch in the name of "Mahima Motors" which remained in operations until 2002.

He was quick to realize that his talents would be best to develop an organized real estate in Rajasthan and he share a dream of a progressive Rajasthan and working hard to make it a reality with his team members. The Saga of Mahima began in 1990 when Rajasthan witnessed a huge influx resulting in the population of Jaipur growing by lacks of inhabitants.

Mr. Madan's initiative not only provided a better housing option from Mahima Group but also open a way of fulfilling dreams of others.
